Sani/Ikos Group signs Collective Employment Agreement offering an 8% annual salary rise for 2023

-For all hospitality employees at Sani Resort & Ikos Resorts in Greece
-Salary increase at Sani & Ikos Resorts is significantly higher than the corresponding rise provided by the national sectoral collective labor agreement

Thessaloniki, 25 January 2023 – The management of Sani/Ikos Group has reached an agreement with the employees’ union for the signing of an Operational Collective Labor Agreement. The new agreement provides for all hotel employees, old and new, that are employed at Sani Resort and Ikos Resorts in Greece, an 8% annual salary increase for 2023 - an increase significantly higher than the corresponding rise provided through the national sectoral collective labor agreement (5.5%) for the same period and will have retroactive effect from 1.1. 2023.
